2009 Yellowtail Shiraz

Very harsh, young, not very serviceable. You can tell by Roland's face the true taste of this wine. I've heard since this tasting that this wine isn't as bad as we say it is, so we're going to bring it back for a rematch. I'm skeptical, but willing to take a chance!

This wine does not agree with the pallet. Yellow tail in general does not make many decent wines.

Oh, Steph... That wooden pallet of yours probably wouldn't agree with the wine. Palate!! I do agree with you on the Yellow Tail. Down with big commercial wines, pick up some JOE BLOW wine!
