As I mentioned in my last post, Trivento really has a decent malbec. This is a nice full bodied wine with structure, great tannins, spice, and a little heat upon opening, so open the bottle and let it sit for an hour if you can. Go and grab a bottle of this. I think it's around $8-10, so you really can't go wrong. It will stand up to many $20 wines. What about those who've had this before?? What's your take?

Just an update after a day of opening: much more mellow, though it still hung onto its full body, tannins, and spice with a really nice finish!! Go grab a bottle for the weekend!!!
