Great aromas were coming out of this Tuscan wine--blueberries, currants, and earth! These smells translated well when tasting. Ripe dark fruits, forest floor, and some subtle herbal flavors characterize this wine. It has an awesome mouthfeel, with delicate tannins, nice balance and long finish. Our only gripe about this wine is its lack of complexity and depth of flavors. It's an otherwise delicious wine for the price rage of only $13, a steal for most Italian wines.
