2008 The Other Guys Plungerhead Zinfandel

This is a nice medium to full body RED (I say it like that because many people think Zinfadel is only a rose/blush wine). We found some nice smokey flavors, along with oak, spices, and ripe fruits. It stands out with a nice balance of flavors and a VERY long finish! In our journey of tasting Zinfandels, this proves to be one of the better ones. At about $15, a bottle of Plungerhead is a pretty good value. PAIR THIS with grilled meats, hamburgers, pizza, or pasta!
